Infuse to 132F, hold 20, infuse to 146F hold 30, Decoct to 158F, hold 30, decoct to 163F, recirc/lauter. 1 Whirlfloc. Got 10.25 Gal @ 1.062. Ferment 5 gal with 1007 Dusseldorf Alt and 5 gal with steam beer yeast. Primary ferment at 66F. Lager 6 weeks.
