There were a couple things I was trying to learn; I have a bunch of Vienna malt and was curious how a 100% Vienna beer would taste. Not bad, I would definitely brew it again. Secondly, I was given some old Citra hops and I was trying to figure out what their AA might still be. They are still bitter, nearly 2% more than I accounted for. The balance was off by quite a bit. Overall good experiment
