Notes

Added 40 grams of saaz fir a litre of water boiled for 30 mins to up bitterness, probably could of doubled it.

Recipe was sweeter than expected, possibly just due to higher ABV. Would of been better off watering it down a bit.

Batch size was perfect for kegs.

We used 6kg Voyager Pils Malt and 1 Kg of Weyermeer Pils malt NOT GLADFIELD

Targeted a PH in Brew ' N' water of 5.23

1st Reading @ 10mins PH 5.4 (added 1g Citric)
2nd Reading @ 20mins PH 5.4

Mashing at 65C was spot on, used the strike calculator.

Ended with 65L of Water, Target was 63. Pretty much spot on once accounting for boil down and equipment loss.
