Notes

Hochkurz (High and short) double decoction.
Infuse to 145F(hit 150F), rest 30 minutes,
Pull 1/4 decoction, heat to 160F, hold 15 minutes, heat to boil, boil 15 minutes, return to main mash to get 158F (hit 159F), Rest 20-30 minutes.
Pull 1/3 decoct, heat to boil, boil 5 minutes, return to main mash to get 170F(Hit 168F). Stir in with rice hulls added.
Recirculate till clear, lauter, boil 60-90 minutes(boiled 70).
German hops.
Cooled and pitched at 50F. 2 qt starter.
