Notes

Easy IPA

  • 4L of water
  • 500g of DME inside
  • 25g of Cascade inside the FV
  • 5g of US 05 of pure yeast
  • Close the FV and shake for 30 secs
  • Follow fermentation for 2 to 5 days till the fermentation ends, let it rest for 10 days
  • Add the others 25g of Cascade
  • Cold crash for 2 to 5 days
  • Priming = 5gr of sugar for 500ml

    • Attention: Fill the bottles only with with cold beer !!!
