I’m curious about this recipe. Could you describe the results please? Was is beer-y or kombucha -y in the end? Or a nice combo of each?

Just tried it again after sitting in my keezer for over 2 months. It's holding up. I didn't use any beer yeast so the ABV is probably around 0.5%. I never tried to get the recipe calculator to account for that. The flavor is very similar to a tangier version of the Clausthaler non-alcoholic beer. Without beer yeast you obviously don't have those aromas. Surprisingly good head retention.
