Notes
7.5 gallons will be brewed, however 5 will end up in 1 carboy and receive Wy3522 Ardennes, and the other two will go into a second carboy.
Carboy#2 will be diluted with 2 additional gallons of boiled and chilled water, and receive a starter of 3711 french saison at 0.75 pitch rate. All numbers for the Table Strength Saison are effectively 1/2 that of the Tripel. A reverse Patersbier, if you will.
I'm accounting for 1/2 gallon of equipment and trub loss, hence the 7.5g post boil kettle volume.
Saison will be kegged, tripel will be bottled and carbonated to ~2.75 to 3 volumes.
