First "brewed" July 6th, 2020. Super simple! Used a fine mesh hops spider for the 480g of ginger and 10g of hops.

Amazing ginger aroma. Ready to bottle in ~2 weeks. Delicious! Powerful ginger flavour and extremely dry.

Second brew August 18, 2020. Changed V2 to remove the sugar and use only DME for the alcohol. The intent is to make it a little less dry than the original.
