Notes

Scaled up version of my "Hoppy IPA" recipe. Split wort into 2 corny kegs and fermented under pressure with their own spunding valves. Pressure ranged from 10-20 psi, temp ranged from 68-76F. Cold crashed on day 6 and pressure transferred (5 gals) to serving keg on day 8 (same day as photo). Aroma and tastes are hoppy, enjoyable bitterness, with slight citrus and floral notes.
