Notes

Jake and I Brewed on Tues March 31st. He selected the recipe.

We bottled 21 beers on April 21st.

May tasting notes: smooth carmel and light roast taste. Light hop and aroma. It is a nice balance of bitterness and roast and grain. Deep copper color. Nice carb. Smooth dry finish. Easy to drink!
