Notes

Took second place in the Amber Hybrid category at the 2014 Southern New England Homebrew Competition

For batch 2 trying a decoction mash and FWH. Adjusted grain bill to get a bit lighter in color, and changed Hallertau Mittlefruh for Domestic Hallertau.

This batch came out just a bit too sweet, so trying a single infusion mash instead of single decoction next time around.

Also lowering fermentation temp from 62 to 58, and changing the 15 minute hop addition from Hersbrucker to Tettnanger
