Notes

While no recipe is known to have survived for this famous cream ale, I researched the ingredients and options at the time and did my best to replicate Krueger’s Cream Ale.

Period correct hops would be English Cluster, Canada Red Vine, Humphrey, or Late Cluster but those weren’t available to me when I brewed this. Cascade worked very well as a substitute.
