Notes

Add lactose and 3 Green apples pureed skin on in hop sock, no core@ 15min with last hop addition.
Keep initial water level below 2/3 of pot initially as it boils up violently.
Ferment for seven days then rack onto 3 thinly sliced vanilla beans and 1050 grams punnet strawberries cut into quarters.
Seven more days then rack into tertiary.
Couple more days and keg it.
