Notes

For the 10/7/17 batch of Vanilla Cream Ale, ODB added 2 oz of his homemade vanilla extract to the keg and it was almost too much. Lots of vanilla. ODBs beer overall was delicious and very smooth, but LOTS of vanilla. I added 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) of my homemade extract to my keg and it was very subtle.

Note for extract addition: it's 3 tbsp of vanilla and 4oz of blueberry/blackberry extract added to each keg. Hoppin Grape only had bottle of blueberry so went with blackberry for the 2nd keg. It will be called blackberry cobler.
