Notes

Originally brewed this as per the BD recipe and it was WAY too bitter. Reduced Chinook as boil-start bettering hop significantly to bring IBU down and added later on at dry hop stage.

Also on Tony Yates advice went for a 90 minute boil as opposed to the recommended 60 so upped water quantities accordingly and again amended hop usage downwards at start to reduce ibu’s.

Fingers crossed Jim, i’m Going in! If it’s horrible then it’s all Tony’s fault.
