Notes

I was going to name this Dusty's Brown Ale, but.... I just found out I'm going to be a dad! I can't wait to rebrew this with my kid in 21 years!


Based on Janet's Brown Ale

I replaced some of the 2-row with brown sugar in order to thin it out and give a little bit of an alcohol bit. Removed some of the chocolate malt to reduce the roasty flavor. Replaced Northern Brewer hops with Chinook because I have a lot of Chinook in stock.
