Notes

Changed hops again
trying WP hops later, like 180 degrees in the WP
Adding carmelized Brown sugar directly to fermenter.
Note I'm making this one on top of a yeast cake left by cascade ale as well just for fun.

Carmelized Brown sugar with a little water (1/4 c or so) for about 10 min. Then tempered into about 1-2 cups of wort and mixed well, then dumped the whole thing back into the fermentor.

Changed strategies a bit. using some wheat, chocolate, brown and small amount of crystal. Still need to rework the hops as well. look at the Janet's clones for inspiration. Basically, cacade/centenial as flavor/aroma and something like northern for bittering.

some ideas of things to add -- A small amt of this can add some tanginess apparently
