Almost there. Super hazey and going to have a wonderful hop taste. A little complex, should smooth out. So silky smooth |

Ended up with 6... wanted 7.5 at start of boil. Prepare more water. The sparge was getting stuck really easily. Maybe try adding rice hulls or lower the oats or wheat |

Seemingly around 4 gallons in the fermenter. Left about a gallon in the kettle since we started pulling too much trub. Might of pitched a little warm. Was at 85 when racking out of the kettle so probably around 80 when pitched. But we got to 80! |
