Notes

Still plan to tweak the aroma hop at zero minutes.

We will be splitting this IPA into 3 fermenters.
That way we can each choose our prefered yeast and hops for dry hopping.

Yeasts in mind are: US-05 or S-04.

Dry hopping 1 or 2 FVs with 50g of Chinook.
The third may get nettles.
