Notes

Along with pellet hops, used 5 mg of Apollo hop extract.

Hop schedule as follows: mixed all hops in bowl. Weighed out 1/3 oz of pellet for every 5 min of the 60 min boil. Used .4 mg of extract for every 5 min of the 60 min boil.

Hop schedule based off clone of 60 min IPA by Dogfish Head.
