Notes

5 gals will be brewed to recipe.
2 gals will be "dry-hopped" with 1oz of hibiscus flowers, added after primary fermentation is complete as a steeped tea.

First runnings (4 gals) pumped back into the mash (burst of grains got into the runnings). Ran off the first runnings again and batched sparged to a pre-boil volume of 35L (9.25 gals)
