Notes
  • OG 1049 as predicted. Put 8 gr of simpcoe in at 20 min boil so ended up with a bit of a strange hoping sched and 3 more ibus than I'd intended but should make little difference. this will be the hoppiest IPA ever an with a big Bitterness for balance.
