J'ai changé quelques grains par des substituts, fait quelques ajustement pour assurer une couleur bien noire et un taux d'alcool d'environs 9%. J'ai mis 500g d'écorce de riz. Je ne sais pas si tu en as chez toi. Ça nous aiderait a ne pas avoir de "Stuck mash".

Je prendrais le Maris otter de la malterie Muntons, a toi de voir si tu veux acheter une poche et la passer plus tard (on a besoin d'un quart de poche).
