Notes

Collect 6.5 Gallons of 1.059 Wort
At Flame out, add 0 minute hops and whirlpool for two minutes and rest for 23 minutes for 25 minute flame out steep. Then chill to 65, aerate and pitch 2.5 vials for 240 B cells.

Fermentation schedule:
3 days at 65-66, then up to 69
Day 8 add first round of dry hops
Day 12 add second round
Day 15, crash cool 5 degrees a day for 7 days to 34 degrees then bottle
