Notes

Had issues holding temp during boil, wasn't boiling hard enough and eventually quit on me. Total boil time was probably 30 minutes, so OG was only 1.050.

When re-creating this, keep in mind my boil was maybe 30 min, so the IBU contribution from the Columbus was minimized.
