Notes

Ulpívající hořkost. Ubrat na 60 min při 65 stupních pro beta amylázu a přidat 30 minut při 72 stupních pro alfa amylázu.Ubrat Cascade na 35 + 35 g při chmelovaru.
5.2. 2016, nic bych neměnil, po zrání 10 týdnů vyrovnaný, kulatý, hořkost neulpívá. Dobrej recept.
15.3. 2016, poslední láhev. Bylinně chmelová, výrazně citrusová vůně. Plné s nízkým řízem. Dosti ulpívající, drsná hořkost v dochuti. Příště možná jiný chmel, nebo ubrat na hořkosti a přidat v pozdější dávce chmelu. Případně přidat studené chmelení.
