Notes

We checked every brewery in town. None had the yeast we wanted. We also checked both home brew shops. Both places only had this Safale 06 Wheat yeast. So, we used what was available.

Brewed a 15 gallon finishing volume at Fanatic Brewery on Marty's pilot system on 7/28/15.

Next time we should use 1 pound of rice hulls. The lautering process was very slow.
