Notes

Mash at 150F
Add 0 min boil hops, kill the flame cover and let stand for 60 minutes. Chill as quickly to 175F and add Aroma hops, continue chilling.
Drop the temp Pitch and Ferment at 66F for 14-17 days.
Cold Crash to 40F for 2 days before racking to secondary. Rack bring back to 66F, then dry hop.
