Notes

Full bodied, pale-colored ale with medium hop expression derived from traditional landrace variety hops. Inspired legacy ale based on my interpretation of 19th century English mild (XXX) ales, e.g. Truman XXX (1860) but brewed with a North American heirloom variety barley and hops.
