Obscenely low attenuation. I need a complete revision of this beer. Could have been the second Gen S04 pitch viability or lack of attenuating malt bill. Chicory dosage also seems high. |

Beer has mellowed into a pretty drinkable ale. I still wish there was an extra bit of sweetness and want to dial back Chicory to 4oz instead of 6. Also subbing ashburn mild malt for a traditional english pale ale. Bump bitterness to 20-25 IBU with the changes suggested. |
