Notes

My homebrew shop was out of the regular American Ale so I used American Ale II and I was happy with the results.

For the orange I just sanitized the orange, took the skin off to get me 1 oz and threw it in with my Irish Moss.

It sat in my primary then I siphoned to condition for three weeks.

Kegged it at 8.2 and after 5 days it tastes great! It's a little more pale than a typical American IPA, but it's very drinkable--which is what I was going for.
