11/5/23 - Cold crashed with CO2 rig.
- This thing tastes great fresh and totally wiped us both out like few beers ever have, thus has been renamed as Mind Eraser. It didn't end up very light coloured as hoped.
- Very tasty, deceptively strong sneaky beer that is dangerously drinkable. Make it again for sure.
Substitutes:
Warrior hop (50g) pellets (T90) instead of extract (28 IBU) and Pahto (28g/70 IBU).
