Notes

Almost perfect, could do with lowering hop bitterness utilisation. Aroma perfect, just need more bitterness, perhaps first wort hop.Mash Steps is worth it. Thick, lasting foam.
Fine with Gelatin + condition 1 month at -1 Celcius.
