Notes

Light, malty beer perfect for sipping in the summer! Named for my dad's secret stash of beer in the fridge that he would enjoy when he was supposed to be riding his exercise bike in the basement :).

21.8 quarts of strike water, 156.8 oF to mash at 150 for 70 minutes.
Mash out with 11.3 quarts of boiling water to get temp to 170 for 20 minutes.
