Rye cherry profile. Light acidity. Slightly under carbonated. Medium body with some residual sweetness. Nutty aftertaste. |

Light sweet cherry Brett nose. Beautiful very effervescent carbonation. Little to no head with no lacing on the glass. Dark brown slight hazy color. Lovely mouthfeel with perfect balance of acidity to sweetness, not cloying or astringent at all. Breach cracker character with strong cherry and plum vibes. Very like funk with complex aged fruit notes. Best beer I’ve ever brewed. |
