Notes

split batch. I started with 17 gallons and ended with 14.5 in boil kettle. I did a 90 min boil and ended up with 10.5 gallons. Not too bad.

Gyp and CaCl were added to mash, salt added to boil.

sg was 1.057

Batch 1 will be fermented with Windsor; 1.01
Batch 2 with Gulo: 1.008 gulo dry hopped 2 oz simcoe 2 oz centennia;
