WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Ferment in primary 7 days, or until fermentation slows. Siphon into secondary and add the dry hop schedule. Leave for 5 days, add gelatin (optional) 3 days prior to bottling and cold crash in the fridge. Bottle at room temperature and condition at room temp. for 21 days, chill 3 days, enjoy.

This clone recipe is a "hop explosion" in your mouth. This West Coast IPA is sure to be a hit with East Coast hop-heads.

This is a GREAT beer!!
