Added hops on schedule
Postboil gravity was slightly higher, but not worried about it. Added the water draining out of the mash tun to the boil kettle when I needed more water. Measured the 2nd runnings at 1.036 still, so better to add that than water |

Strike water temp 160F in 32 gal volume
Dropped to 157F, hit a low of 149F, stabilized at 152F
Mashed in at 11:55 am for 60 minutes. Mash out at 12:55 pm
Hit 75% efficiency. |

Came out to 7.74% abv, higher than anticipated. Perhaps let the beer sit on the yeast for too long and it kept fermenting. Used the pump and it worked amazingly. |
