Brew the beer as usual. let ferment as usual. Peel orange skin off about 6 oranges. Only shave the dark orange of the skin, try not to get into the white. Shave almost paper thin. Slice Vanilla beans lengthwise and let vanilla beans and orange peel soak in everclear for 2 weeks and then add to mix before bottling or
