Notes

This is a Graf, a type of apple beer. Make the wort and cool. Pour 1.5 gal apple juice or sweet cider in the fermenter, and top off with beer wort. Add yeast nutrient and sweeten wort with honey to desired O.G. Ferment out, let sit in secondary like a cider, bottle condition. I have many variations on this particular recipes, including an Amber Honey version. Slainte
