Notes

Great. Can drink multiple pints easily.

A little drier and more bitter than most ESBs.

I would reduce Bittering Charge a little (for my equipment).

Maybe slightly increase the crystal charge or mash temp for add smidge more sweetness. Although I may leave that to be a different ESB. Hmmmm.
