I brew beer, any type or style, 5-10 gallon batches. I use all stainless and glass as much as possible to avoid off flavors, with pretty good success in that regard. I mostly brew ales, but I've started brewing lager since I set up my keezer for kegging and double its use as a fermentation fridge. I use a fly sparge system with a gravity fed brew rig with propane burners for heating. I like to brew what I feel like, but also whatever people ask me to. It's a good way to make friends! But I just love sharing my beer and getting people into craft.
I like most beer styles, but I often brew a variety of American ale and English pale ale. Some of my favorites are red and black IPAs, hazy IPAs, pale ales, porters and stouts. I like mango and spicy adjuncts and double or imperial beers. Still a little early in my portfolio, but I try to keep trying new styles to round out my experience. I end up brewing a lot of blonde and golden ale as well because that's what newbies or non-beer-enthusiasts seem to like (wife included).
