I grow hops, i experiment with hop and malt combos constantly changing and making new recipes.
Smaller batches are brew in a biac "robobrew".
I personally own a Larger stainless in a 3 tier vessel system capable up to 50 gallons.
My beers Are inspired by the professional market of pale ales, ipa's , neipas '
Some browns and the occasional darker styles.
I read the hop additions and incorpate them into a new lot of grains and tweak and play from there.
My recipes can be unique or very basic with a single hop addition.
