Wow Dave that was some brewday! With my latest brew i made the mistake i made last time (two times a charm?). I overfilled the keg I was fermenting in and as expected the next morning i had krausen coming out of the spunding valve so i had to attach a blowoff tube . I released a good amount of wort/krausen (and maybe some yeast) and ended up leaving the tube connected for the duration of fermentation. In the end the beer tastes great (my friend thinks its one of my best ones) and the color is pretty spot on to a pint of Fullers ESB.
