Who do you cheer for?

It's only fair for the Yankees spotting Toronto 2 games in a 5 game series after spotting Boston 1 in a 3 game. Got sportsmanship
 
that's ok I live in Red Sox territory and get treated worse than that :rolleyes:
Doesn't stop me from rooting for the Sox when they reach the post season and I probably would root for the Jays if they sweep but maybe not if they keep soiling my cap. I will always root against the Dodgers though, it's a Yankees thing.
What can I say I was born in the Bronx in 1953 in October
 
Minnesota sports fan here. By definition almost always disappointed every year. At some point during the season we end up saying "Well, there's always next year"

Order of importance:
Minnesota Vikings football
UofM Gopher Hockey (Collage)
MN Wild Hockey
UofM Football



MN Frost (women's professional hockey) and Lynx (Women's professional basketball) are the only teams in the last decade or so to win championships... so Yay "Chick Sports"

Women's college basketball is huge here in CT and Men's also. We used to have the Whaler's but our cheap people let them leave. Also had a chance for the Patriots but didn't outbid Massachusetts.

Look forward to welcoming either the Seattle Mariners, or Detroit Tigers to The Big Smoke on Sunday!
It would actually be nice if it were the Mariners as the Jays and Mariners entered the league together in 1977. October ball in Detroit would be epic too though.

I'm goin' Mariners! I feel like my ultimate loyalty is to the Rangers but since I spend so much time in the PNW during the summers, Seattle definitely feels like my place. Not to mention that T-Mobile is simply an incredible park to see a game at. I'll be tuning in tonight.
I was definitely pulling for the Jays, though. It'll be a great ALCS and I hope the Mariners a) get there and b) pull off the pennant but I've been seeing the likelihood of a Dodgers/BlueJays World Series for weeks.
 
Just WOW, did anyone else watch the Tigers Mariners epic 15 inning game last night?
I'm glad the Mariners won, looking forward to the Expansion Cousin's ALCS matchup!

We watched as Polanco won the game for them. There must be a reason our Twins gave him up...
