I am going to put my extra fridge back in action as fermentation fridge.
Carefully, keeping an eye on my solar batteries
Then a check on grains and using a yeast that can handle a bit of temperature. Probably saison or so.
The temperatures fluctuate a bit too much to go with kveik Voss.
Although, maybe I do one of those as well or instead.
Gotta start up again!

So great going
I moved all stuff from one fridge to the other... But this one uses more power.
Not really a major issue, till I checked the weather forecast and it has now changed to grey weather for the next 5 days.

So this morning I moved everything back to the smaller fridge again

Irish stout and then Smiddicks. Hopefully I get a day this month to brew one and then early to mid February the other. Planning a st patty’s day party march 14. January and February are usually terrible for me. Lots of ball games. If I get waaay behind I’ll do a big ass batch of stout and then Smiddicks when I get time in March.

Going on a trip this weekend so no brewing. I want to take another stab at the light lager and then probably another golden ale before the oyster stout for mid March

Had some sunshine here today, it has been quite a while since we've seen the big orange ball in the sky here. So blue skies, but -12C. Got a pretty heavy dumping of snow last night too.

in October when I was visiting the Czech republic I tried many of Czech beers
every town a different local beer
the 11deg stood out had a subtle peachy flavor
I have plenty of Zatek (saaz) and have sourced the Sladek which should give it the flavor I'm looking for I hope

Golden ale on Saturday. Still need to decide on hops. I've got McKenzie (I'm leaning towards 100% for this one), Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic

With Smiddicks in the fermenter both of my Irish beers should be done and ready for St. pattys day.

Next up in 2-3 weeks will be a Helles.
