I've been quiet on the brewing side.
It went from extremely hot to very grey in no time. And that is not nice when you run on only solar.
Had to fiddle around and took 1 fridge totally out of commission, starlink only runs sporadically, charging of equipment only during the middle of the day.
No running of fermentation fridge.
I've not known it to be this grey for this long in the last 5 or 6 years

Grey in the desert. That is wild.
It was just for a couple of days, but it did manage to get down in the mid 30s a couple of weeks ago overnight. Thet is rather unusual this early. It has been beautiful since.

My latest dark lager didn't have enough roasty punch for my liking. Came out more like a weak dunkel. Gonna try again with some roasted barley in there. I'm also working on an Old Ale/Strong ale for the holidays. I'm hoping to recreate something similar to Full Sail Brewing's wassail winter seasonal ale
