What's your next brew

well, it looks like I'm doing a semi-sweet mead next, my buddy and I are doing a pair of batches with different honey from the same supplier. They had different characteristics up front, so we want to see how it will affect the final product.

Up next is a dark lager I'm calling River City Dark. It's my attempt at a spiritual clone of Iron City Dark, which was my go to beer when living in Pittsburgh many years ago. I also have another round of On Tap Golden ale after that, this time with Citra and Mosaic. The nut brown got pushed back a bit so I could have something hoppy on now that the Rye IPA has kicked

It is probably going to be a bit for me as I will be kegging this weekend, but I think I want to do another lager in the winter. I just don't know which direction I'm going yet, but I'm tempted to try another Vienna.

This is on the docket for tomorrow. International NFL games mean I get to wake up and brew with football on :D my favorite new way to brew

I was going to say the same thing. I just kegged my dark lager this morning. I was VERY happy with it flat and out of the fermenter. It is neat how you can get a similar beer going with completely different grains American/English vs. German.
Actually, mine is mostly American.
