What's your next brew

So many ideas and not enough time right now. I am thinking of a couple of 1 gallon test batches in the next few days that can ferment while I am on vacation

It will have to be my Mango Milkshake NEIPA for sure!

Monday I plan to brew. I’m now leaning towards Biergarten which I call my Franconian style lager. Unless I’m out of Munich then it’s a Helles :)

Summer Celler Biere de Garde from Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine... mostly bc the ingredients are the exact things I have right now lol... except the yeast. I'll have to sub for something else. Hoping to make it this weekend, if my new fermenter (Speidel 12L) arrives by then.

They put one back on at one of our local breweries. That was a nice surprise when I got back from Colorado.
I have something worked out for a Saison with a decent amount of late Saaz additions.
I thought my New England would have kicked by now, but I ain't bitching:)

Except for the lighter Crystal, the yeast and some of the quantities, that grain bill is very close to my Porter. It won't be Colorado, but use some Otter and a Guinness yeast in that one of these days, yumm.
Now that I think of it, some of the Colorado malts that I tasted when I was out there did get a little on the bready side, but I drank a lot of beer in RiNo, so I can't be 100%. If that is the case that might be kind of nice.

how was the porter?

how was the porter?
I made it a few times. I love it! I have something that I am going to stick to from now on. I use a pound of flaked oats in it, so technically it is an Oatmeal Porter. I use C 120, and some of the amounts are different from your Brown, but the grain bill is very similar.

Fingers crossed for a light munich malt Pale Ale brew day tomorrow with CTZ/Simcoe/Citra. It'll be my first brew since before my surgery in April. I'm bottling the small batch of cider and reusing the yeast for a large batch tomorrow as well.

I'm very happy that you can brew again. Start out a little earlier and take your time with the hand.

Good luck, I hope it goes well! Don’t overdo it and end up injured worse.
