yes and no depends on what i brewing. 63c 71c 75c boil.Do you perform step mashing? If so, I would be happy to send you my step mash schedule that seems to have eliminated my haze issues.

Just popped open a barleywine to get control of this week. Been a busy one.
I need to get a Barley Wine Going. Been a long time the last one.
You would like this one. I soaked dark oak chunks in 2thirds of a pint of Pendleton then dumped it in the 4gal keg, aged and carbed then bottled. Will pull 1 out every so often to "test".
